The bags are being packed, the bikes are disassembled, our heads are shaved (even some legs and arms), and many of the crew members and vehicles are already in California. We are counting down the days and hours until we kick things off from Oceanside, Calif. on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. PST. A lot of us on Drew’s Crew and Ari’s Angels leave Wednesday afternoon from Philadelphia to fly to San Diego. We will be in the air when the RAAM solo riders take off 2:00 p.m. PST, but you can follow the action on www.raceacrossamerica.org.
